Quantum transport evidence for the three-dimensional Dirac semimetal phase in Cd3As2. PRL 113, 246402 (2014)

       He Lanpo et al. have measured the magneto-transport properties of the three-dimensional Dirac semimetal Cd3As2 single crystals with temperature down to 1.5 K. A large non-saturated linear magnetoresistance and remarkable Shubnikov-de Hass (SdH) oscillations were observed. By analyzing the SdH oscillations, a non-trivial π Berry’s phase was detected in this Dirac semimetal phase. This work has been published on Physical Reviewed Letters (Phys. Rev.
