The mission of our group is to develop innovative nanomaterials and devices with new functions that advance the traditional CMOS technology.
Our current focus is the development of topological insulator nanostructures, thin films and multiferroic/ferroelectric materials. The integration of topological insulators with magnetic materials promises novel applications in nanoelectronics and spintronics. More detailed information is available here.
