Presentation
The conference is focused on photoemission and novel electronic or magnetic materials, you are free to choose whatever you would like to talk in these domains. Each speaker will have 30 minutes including 5 minutes discussion.
Visa Application
If you need
an additional invitation letter (electronic one in many countries, or mailed
original in some others) to get an entrance visa, please let us know, we will
send you the invitation letter as soon as possible.
Instructions for participants
(1) We have booked rooms for A3 participants according to your itineraries. If you change your schedule, please keep us updated by contacting Ms. Jin Miao at jinmiao@fudan.edu.cn.
We will have a registration desk at the Entrance Hall from 16:30-20:00 on Nov. 10th, please register there after you arrive.
(2) Poster Presentations: Please set up your poster in the morning on Nov. 11th and remove your poster at the end of the day.
Recommended poster size is 80-90 cm X 100-110 cm.
(3) Reception: 18:00-22:00, November 10th
Buffet at the Resort
Please bring the buffet ticket (received at the front desk) with you.
Banquet: 18:30, November 11th
